R&D

Welcome to R&D!

The R&D organization is composed of following teams:

  • Product: This team is responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. They gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers, ensuring that the product meets market needs and aligns with the company's goals.

  • Engineering: The engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the product. They work closely with the product team to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement innovative solutions. It also includes:

    • Quality Assurance: responsible for ensuring the quality of the product by developing and executing test plans, identifying and report bugs, and working with the engineering team to resolve issues and improve product quality.

    • Security: The security team is responsible for ensuring the security of the product and its infrastructure. They identify and mitigate security risks, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.

  • Design: The design team is responsible for creating a user-friendly and visually appealing interface for the product. They work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure that the design aligns with the product's goals and enhances the user experience.

  • Professional Services: This team is responsible for implementing, configuring and developing integrations the product for clients. They work closely with customers to understand their requirements and ensure that the product meets their needs.

  • Support: The support team is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers. They help customers resolve issues and ensure that they have a positive experience with the product.

  • Technical Writing: The tech writing team is responsible for turning complex ideas into clear, useful content. From user guides to API docs, making sure the right information gets to the right people, with clarity, accuracy, and a better user experience.

  • PMO (Project Management Office): The PMO is responsible for overseeing and managing projects within the R&D department. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They also provide guidance and support to project managers and teams. Additionally to Project Management, PMO also cover GRC activities

    • GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance): responsible for ensuring that the R&D department operates within the company's governance framework and complies with relevant regulations and standards. They manage risk, ensure compliance, and help the R&D department operate efficiently and effectively.
