The common objective and goal for a revenue team, is to drive sustainable and scalable revenue growth for the organization. This overarching goal is achieved through various specific objectives and collaborative efforts:

    • Lead Generation & Sales: Qualify leads and assist in converting them into customers.

    • Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction and retention to minimize churn and increase customer lifetime value (CLV).

Hello, welcome to Rocket.Chat


Today we're going to talk about Operations Onboarding. Here we'll talk about the structure of the sales team, the resources we use to share content, processes, performance and the tools you'll use on a daily basis.

Our onboarding consists of a few stages.

Stage 1 - Getting to know the Sales Structure, Our Basic Tools and Documentation.

Stage 2 - Getting to know common nomenclature, what means what here at Rocket.Chat

Stage 3 - Getting to know Top Funnel Processes, how we acquire new leads, how we qualify, how to use CRM and other related apps.

Stage 4 - Middle of the Funnel. What qualification methodologies we use, how we use CRM, Sales Forecasting, the process of acquiring new customers in general, prices and products.

Stage 5. Onboarding and Expansion. From the moment a contract is signed to its expansion, how we deliver licenses, manage contracts, routines and the customer journey, as well as expansion.

Stage 6. Legal Deal Desk- Everything you need to know about our terms and conditions, NDA, agreements, compliance.

Stage 7. Partners. Learn about our partner program, the types of partners we work with, how we identify a partner in the CRM, what the stages of the partnership are.

Stage 8. Compensation Plans. If you have a Variable compensation plan related to your role you we will schedule a dedicated meeting to walk-through the details of it.

At the end of this onboarding, we hope to give you a complete overview from the beginning of a lead's journey to the end.
