During feature development, new permissions and settings might be created and become available on open server upon feature delivery.
To have those enabled for a user, please request open admins (Engineering Leads + Head of Support + COO), sharing what needs to be added and business justification for the change.
Open admins are expected to create a new role within Open Server and allow the specific role to have the related permissions + add role to users as applicable.
i.e. VoIP on open server → VoIP Deployment Role created so that setup for VoIP could be made and VoIP POC User created to add group for VoIP verifications on open.
