Being a Rocketeer means living our culture every da and that journey begins on Day One. On this page, you'll discover how our values were created and what each of them truly represents.
It all began in 2020, during our Summit, a moment of connection, reflection, and inspiration. As Rocketeers came together to explore our shared identity, we asked a powerful question: “What does it really mean to be part of this team?”
The outcome was a mosaic of words, expressions, and quotes that captured the essence of who we are. From this collective moment, our DOTS were born.
By 2023, after a period of rapid growth and transformation, we recognized the need to revisit our foundation... Did our values still reflect the organization we were becoming? After thoughtful reflection, the answer was clear: our core DOTS remained intact — only in need of a thoughtful refresh to reflect our evolution.
We truly believe in collaboration, and we’re proud to share that every aspect of our Culture Code was co-created by Rocketeers. It’s rooted in our lived experiences and designed to reflect our authentic selves. These values continue to shape the way we work, collaborate, and grow every single day.
Our Culture Code isn’t a static list… It's a living testament to who we were, who we are, and the behaviors and competencies we should expect from every Rocketeer.

| “Dream in disguise” and neglect our core responsibilities. We balance dreams with reality. Get stuck in “analysis-paralysis” or seeking the perfect. Have a bias for action and progress. Think small, limited to personal aspirations. Look out for the greater good and offer to help. Settle for basic expectations. We’re driven by growth and constant improvement.

Use resources responsibly, being intentional about how we deliver results. Take action—even before it’s requested. We seek out improvements and learn from errors (because we also take risks). Honor commitments through reliable actions. Actions that reflect our DOTS. Focus on solutions without getting stuck on the problem. We work collaboratively to deliver the fix.
| Ignore the hard work of building repeatability. Results matter, but we can’t overlook details or how we scale up in the future. Expect perfection; mistakes happen. We accept responsibility, no “blame game.” Struggle to address issues in line with our mission and lack accountability. Take on the world alone. Not everything's for us; we manage our workload. Ownership also means learning to say no, delegate or escalate.
