SIPAT

According to Brazilian legislation, SIPAT (Internal Week for the Prevention of Workplace Accidents) is a week dedicated to events and activities within companies, aimed at raising awareness and preventing accidents in the workplace. In the context of remote work, SIPAT can also cover related topics such as mental health, ergonomics, and diversity.

SIPAT is mandatory for organizations, and it is also important for legal purposes that it can be properly documented.

For Rocket.Chat, the proposal was to create a channel that included all employees (not just those hired under CLT), featuring scheduled content or activities for each day.
