All Hands

All Hands is a weekly, company-wide meeting where Rocketeers come together to hear directly about company updates, strategic priorities, and what’s ahead. It's also a chance to celebrate wins, highlight standout contributions, and share updates on metrics, progress, and collective goals.

Our All Hands takes place once a week (unless otherwise communicated) and is scheduled in every Rocketeer’s calendar.

The time is chosen to accommodate global time zones (and if you happen to join 5 minutes early, you'll be greeted with some great music! ).

For those who can't attend live, we always share a recording for asynchronous access.

As a fully remote company, we’re intentional about creating space for clarity, transparency, and shared purpose. All Hands meetings are central to this, ensuring we:

Keep everyone informed, no matter where they are

Strengthen transparency

Reinforce our values and strategic focus

Foster a culture of recognition and openness

Whether it's a major milestone, a new project, a metrics update, or even fun anniversary announcements (yes, we love to bring in a little fun), All Hands is the moment where we all get on the same page.

Got Something to Share?

If you have a topic, initiative, or update worth highlighting: reach out to your leader to check if it’s possible to include it and make sure to review our All Hands Best Practices page. There, you’ll find guidance on how to:

  • Craft a clear, concise message that resonates with the audience.

  • Make your message engaging and relevant to Rocketeers across all teams.

  • Coordinate your slot in the agenda with the meeting owner/organizer.
