The Rocketeer Referral Program is designed to reward you for bringing fantastic people to join our team. All Rocketeers are eligible to submit referrals!

How It Works

Access the Referral Page:

Log in to your Okta dashboard and click on the Greenhouse icon. This will take you directly to the referral submission page.

Submit Your Referral:

Fill out the referral form with the required details, and that’s it! Your referral is now in the system.

Get Rewarded:

If your referral joins the team and stays with us for at least six months, you’ll receive an Experience Pass as a reward. 🍾✨

The pass is equivalent to one month of your remote benefit and can be used for exciting experiences, such as:

🥂 An amazing dinner;

💃 A class (dancing, sports, cooking, etc.)

🍽️ A surprise breakfast for your loved one

🎮 That game subscription you’ve always wanted

🏞️ An Airbnb Experience

• Hiring Managers are not eligible for this program if the referred candidate is applying for a role under their direct management. Hiring managers are responsible for building and managing their teams.
