“The Rocket.Chat marketing team plays a key role in the company’s growth engine and is responsible for attracting, converting and helping win new, existing and expansion business within our ideal customer profile (ICP).

One of our team’s core objectives is to build and strengthen awareness within our ICP (ATTRACT). We do so by planning and executing, in alignment with sales and product, integrated campaigns that support our go-to-market strategy. As part of this objective, the team delivers events and webinars (often in conjunction with key partners), analyst relations, organic content, paid content, social media, website and various other initiatives.

Another one of our team’s objectives is to improve key conversion points (CONVERT). We do so by optimizing our buyer’s journey to continuously deliver growth in community installations, high-intent requests to talk to sales and other inbound and outbound lead sources to deliver the qualified pipeline required to meet our business goals.

Last but not least, the team is also focused on enabling sales and improving win rates (WIN); where the aim is to ensure our qualified pipeline falls within our ICP and that we sustain a strong opportunity to win ratio within those ICP opportunities.”
