If You’re in Brazil (CLT Benefits):

In addition to the benefits listed above, Brazilian Rocketeers enjoy the following benefits, in accordance with CLT laws:

• Meal Voucher: R$ 36.75 per day.

• Transportation Card: Available for Rocketeers in Porto Alegre (RS).

• Health Voucher: R$ 57.75 per month.

• Private Healthcare and Dental Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for your health and well-being.

If You’re in the US:

In addition to the payroll processing, we partner with TriNet to provide healthcare options. Each plan consists of a company contribution and employee responsibility. The costs vary depending on the selected plan and whether you have dependents. Here’s an overview of your options:

Medical Insurance:

• 243 plan options for employee, employee + spouse, employee + children, or employee + family.

• Carriers: Kaiser CO, Kaiser GA, Tufts Freedom, Kaiser WA, Kaiser MD, UHC HI, Kaiser HI, Tufts, Blue Shield of CA, Kaiser, Aetna.

Cost Coverage:

• Employee Only: 100% up to $660

• Employee + Spouse: 50% up to $990

• Employee + Children: 50% up to $880

• Family: 50% up to $1,430

Dental Insurance:

• 35 plan options for employee, employee + spouse, employee + children, or employee + family.

• Carriers: Delta, Guardian, Metlife, Aetna.

Cost Coverage:

• Employee: 100% up to $37

• Spouse: 50% up to $58

• Children: 50% up to $58

• Family: 50% up to $78

Vision Insurance:

• 14 plan options for employee, employee + spouse, employee + children, or employee + family.

• Carriers: EyeMed, VSP.

Cost Coverage:

• Employee: 100% up to $5

• Spouse: 50% up to $7

• Children: 50% up to $7

• Family: 50% up to $9

Other Benefits:

• Life Insurance: $20,000 Basic Life & AD&D

• Disability Insurance: STD & LTD (Employee Paid)
