Our recruitment process follows these key steps to ensure the best fit for both you and Rocket.Chat.

 

1️⃣ Profile Analysis – We start by reviewing your experience, ensuring it aligns with the required skills and level of expertise for the job. This phase focuses on reviewing resumes, portfolios, and professional social media profiles to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.

2️⃣ Phone Screening – A quick chat to go over key details that are essential for the position.

3️⃣ People Interview – A deeper conversation with behavioural questions to assess cultural fit while providing insights about the organization and role.

4️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview – Conducted by the hiring manager (your potential leader at Rocket.Chat!), this stage evaluates your experience, skills, and compatibility with the team.

 

💡 Technical Challenge (if applicable) – For certain roles, a technical challenge may be required, which could include role-playing, live coding, or a technical interview with our expert team.

 

5️⃣ Final Interview – A discussion with the department’s executive in charge, focusing on your motivations, answering your questions, and giving you a bigger picture of what it means to be a Rocketeer. This step is designed to be engaging and informative!

6️⃣ Reference Check – We connect with your past colleagues or supervisors to gather insights about your work ethic, skills, and professionalism.

7️⃣ The Proposal – You’ve made it! 🎉 After successfully completing all the steps, our team will reach out to schedule a meeting with you to share the exciting news and present the contract proposal. This includes details on your start date, payment, provisions, and any other essential information.
