If you’re looking for a career change within Rocket.Chat and if you notice an open position of your interest, you can be part of the selection process for the role!

How It Works:

  • You can express your interest directly to a member of the Talent Acquisition Team by speaking with them.

  • You should inform your current manager of your desire to switch.

  • We will now forward it to the Hiring Manager who is responsible for the available position. If you meet all the mandatory requirements as shared in the job description, we will schedule an interview for you with the Hiring Manager and the Talent Acquisition Team.

  • If you are selected for the new position, your manager will be notified, and the People Team will discuss with you to provide you with all the necessary information. All subsequent steps in the transition process will be handled by our People Team.

Important Information:

  • We have a minimum requirement of 6 months for a new employee to adapt and become fully onboarded into a role. Therefore, we recommend that you have at least 6 months of experience in your current or previous role before applying. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
