Team Composition

Team Size: Up to 10% of the company’s headcount, ensuring diversity while maintaining a manageable group. This percentage may be reviewed as the company grows.

Core Members: Must include a People representative and an Employer Branding representative for alignment with key functions.

Consultants: Additional members may be brought in depending on project needs, including from People, Legal/Compliance, and other relevant departments.

Focus on Diversity

To ensure inclusivity, selection prioritizes these four objectives:

Alignment with Company Values – Members should identify with Dream, Own, Trust, and Share.

Departmental Diversity – Strive for representation across all teams, with biennial participation at minimum. Larger teams may have more representation.

Cultural Diversity – The team should reflect Rocket.Chat’s global presence, with individuals from different regions and backgrounds.
