Hiring Manager Interview
This interview, conducted by the hiring manager, assesses the candidateβs experience, skills, and compatibility with the team. The hiring manager also evaluates the candidate's potential contribution to the organization.
π Note: For certain roles, a technical challenge may be required, including role play, live coding, or a technical interview with experts.
Final Interview
In the final stage, a conversation with the departmentβs executive helps us understand the candidateβs motivations and gives them a clear picture of life at Rocket.Chat. This is a two-way exchange to ensure alignment.
Reference Check
We gather feedback from previous employers or colleagues to assess the candidateβs performance, skills, and professionalism, ensuring they are a great fit for our team.
The Offer
The moment weβve all been waiting for! After successfully completing the recruitment process, one of our recruiters will meet with the candidate to present the offer. Weβll discuss start dates, salary, benefits, and other important details.
