Paid Sick Leave 🩺

If you need to take sick leave, please submit a PTO request in Zoho People under the Sick/Doctor's Order category and attach any required documentation (e.g., doctor’s note).

Paid Sick Leave Duration:

  • Rocket.Chat provides paid sick leave for up to 15 consecutive days.

For Contractors and US Employees:

  • If you need to take more than 15 consecutive days off, your contract will be automatically suspended until you’re able to return. πŸ”„

For Brazilian CLT Employees:

  • As a CLT employee in Brazil, you will receive benefits from INSS (Brazil’s social security) following local laws.

  • During your sick leave, all benefits will be suspended except for your healthcare plan. πŸ₯
